Review: Flour + Water

If pizza and pasta are your thing (aren’t they everyones?) then you must try Flour + Water Restaurant or Pizzeria (which recently opened and provides a slightly more casual dining experience compared to its restaurant counterpart). Their unique pasta dishes and fluffy yet crisp pizzas make this place one of our favorite Italian spots.

Flour + Water Restaurant does take reservations, which tend to book out a month ahead of time. If you are unable to snag a spot in advanced, you can always go and put your name down and grab a famous cocktail at Trick Dog next-door while you wait. If you go, we recommend you try at least one item from each section of the menu – you will not be disappointed. Also, their restaurant menu changes daily, so you might not be able to order the same dish again (more reason to try as many as you can!).

Their Pizzeria, which recently opened, provides a more casual dining experience compared to its restaurant counterpart. The menu also doesn’t feature pastas, but there is still plenty of tasty options to choose from! And you can order take-out, which is a huge plus if you’re looking to wine and dine at home.

Featured above is Flour + Water Pizzeria’s red sauce burrata pizza, white sauce mushroom pizza and a side of their homemade dill ranch that we like to dip our crust in.

dish again (more reason to try as many as you can!).
