This creamy and spicy Paleo approved dish will have you coming back for seconds and maybe even thirds! We love this vibrant green dish that is full of healthy fats and hidden greens (cilantro), and we hope you will too.
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 lb tilapia (roughly 2-4 filets)
- 2 cups cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon graham masala
- 1 tsp salt (plus more to taste)
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 1 jalapeno pepper roughly chopped (remove seeds for milder spice)
- 1 lime juice
- 14 oz light coconut milk (1 can)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and oil pan with paper towel or brush.
- Rinse and pat dry tilapia with a paper towel and then place fish in baking dish (large enough to hold sauce) and sprinkle with salt.
- Combine all remaining ingredients (coconut milk, cilantro, ginger, graham masala, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice and salt) in a blender and blend until smooth, and then pour over fish.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and lime and serve over rice or cauliflower rice.

- 1 jalapeno, cortado. (Quite las semillas si quiere que el pescado este menos picante)
- 14 onzas de leche de coco (1 lata)
Direcciones:
- Caliente el horno a 425 grados farenheit, y agregue el aceite a una bandeja de horno profunda y dispérsela
- Limpie la tilabia bajo agua y séquela con papel de cocina. Agregue un poco de sal.
- Combine todos los otros ingredientes: Leche de coco, cilantro, jengibre, garam masala, ajo, jalapeño, lima y sal en una licuadora y licue hasta que la salsa este homogénea. Cubre el pescado con la salsa.
